Change the nora cost and ap cost of these crap abilities.

 

I wouldn't say 0, it still is affected by Tundra Discipline spell, and commander also increases its dmg... It's something.

Keep in mind Ferpent it's not a Monk.

 

He doesn't need to be a monk as long as he's a ferren its still good since the discipline ability was originally part of ferren before all the kas noobs
