Freeze in place

    Braxzee I need me some PIE!

    Two things - Freeze in place should drop in Nora or do a bit more

    The other thing would this spell prevent escape magic or other relocation effects? I know it stops teleport, but what about swap, relocate or escape magic?

    it should stop swap and relocate.
    i don't know about escape magic.
    someone else here might know though.

    It will stop the relocation effect of escape magic. it will steal stealth and heal to 15 though

    Also AOE 4 movement prevention is quite a big effect and it would be outright broke at a lower cost
