Have you tried Sirens Song + Absorb and Dread? Its pretty much deploy and gg. Do you know of other runes in the same tier as Moragen though? Deploy Moragen near some ranged units while keeping your champs out of their range and the ranged units are done for. Deploy Moragen versus zombies and they become impotent.
It all depends on how position her. Its best to make the most of 1-3 range, and she doesnt even to deliver 1 attack to be worth the investment with proper positioning. Just use her to shut down your opponents ranged units, or to keep them near a melee unit or in range of your ranged units. You can even use her to make sure that your opponents melee and ranged units cant get near your own. Of course to make the best use of her you need to run at least 6 ranged units!
