U1: ammo 1/2 U2: Emp Offense/range Feels FW-ey to me because of the low cost and limitations, but could be something else.
Undead have no pulse and don't need to breathe, they make the perfect snipers. Preparation on something that low cost might be broken.
There's already a moga with it. Besides, the champ can't make two attacks in the same turn, so only one prep shot.
