Good magic attackers?

That's a good point. Most people wouldn't move champs with good resistances into range of it unfortunately. But still a good rune to carry

 

You use it when they're in range to surprise them.

 

Point taken. If I start using more fire attackers I will definitely have to work that in. At first my issue was getting 30 runes to fill out a bg. Now my issue is that I have to exclude some lol
