I have a large head and tend to wear XL hats. The only hat I have right now is my work hat, which fits great but I don't want to wear it outside of work and don't always have time to put on sunblock. I'm balding, so I burn easily. I've been to Gamestop, Wal-mart, Target, Zumies, and American Outfitters and none of the hats fit (also, some look horrible). Thinking about buying a hat online but worried it might not fit. Anyone have any suggestions?
I have a fedora kinda hat. A strawhat to be precise... And I wear it with pride despite the fedora BS going on with the internet neckbeards. I love my hat!
does this mean you are not sure wether you have a trilby or a fedora or do you wish to dash the possibility of us thinking you say fedora but mean trilby?
The first, I'm not 100% sure, it seems to be a thing in between the two. Its a bit bigger than that trilby in the picture but smaller than the fedora. Edit: After some google search, I think it is a trilby

looks like a straw panama hat, which is okay, the problem with a trilby is that you need to be a narrow shouldered skinny guy to look good in them because of the narrow rim. panama hat for comparison:
