Was not expecting the Arcane Golem nerf. So which of these cards should I disenchant?

I was saving my extras for the nerfs. Turns out I have 3 Moltens. That's it. Booo. Guess that golden Owl will bite it as well.

I'm tempted to dust my 2x Ancient/FoN, I'll probably get them back at some point and it's not like they'll see tons of play. Well FoN could still work in that aggro/power/soul/whatever deck but, I dunno it's 2 free epics.

Yeah. I have a golden FoN, so that is getting disenchanted hard, probably for a core Legendary. Alex, Tirion, the Black Knight, and Thalnos are all ones I am considering.

I also have 3 Molten Giants! Probably the only ones I am going to bother keeping are BGH and Knife Juggler.

juggler nerf and force of nature were the only ones that seemed appropriate to me, rest of the cards are now seem completely unplayable (and force seems highly suspect). I suppose my control warrior will get to live the dream.

You don't think the Big Game Hunter nerf was deserved?

    Thoughts on Nerfs:

    Ancient of Lore:

Went from (possibly over?) efficient to unefficient on the Draw and Healing end. I don't think it was necessary considering "the Combo" was killed anyway.

    Force of Nature:

Honestly I think it's still a decent card. Obviously, you can't Combo with it as you could before, but you're getting 6/6 stats for 5 mana. This is mostly the sort of nerf I figured would happen, except the card ended up better than I thought it would.

    Keeper of the Grove:

Part of the "Silence Nerfs" I assume. I am kind of amused that this and the Owl got hit but Spellbreaker didn't. Quite frankly I'm not sure if it's worth running anymore. On the one hand, it's effects are still decent, but on the other hand it's a way worse Spellbreaker and a very much glorified Ironfist Rifleman or whatever that 3 mana 2/2 is called that no one plays. Still, dealing 2 damage is way better than dealing just 1, and most 4-drops around that will be able to deal 4 damage anyway... but it's much weaker against spells and high numbers of expendable minions.

    Bladeflurry:

Sucks for Rogue players, 2 mana changes are terrible in the larger scheme of things in general, from past experience, with the possible exceptions of Mind Control (which no longer sees much play) and Pyroblast (which sees very limited play in specialist decks... mostly by people that don't own Antonidas already).

It IS a primary victory condition of sorts for most Rogue decks these days though, so I kind of understand it? This "opens" up other decks, perhaps Rogue Tempo will see more play... but as I understood it the problem was that Rogue Tempo was bad against the other non-Rogue meta, rather than it being a problem of being eclipsed by "Miracle" Rogue-esque play.

    Owl of Shut-uppa-your-face:

I don't have a problem with this, though I'm still highly amused that Spellbreaker got out completely unscathed. It seems to me that, up to a point, all they've done is switch which of the two Neutral Silence minions get spammed in decks.

    Big Game Hunter:

A 2 mana shift seems like overkill to me. I am glad they kept the overall effect though. It just seems more appropriate at 4 mana than 5. I just don't understand their reasoning for going that far with the nerf.

    Arcane Golem:

It's an overall nerf, even with the Stats increase. It is an overall nerf to Rush Aggro decks... and I actually don't mind it at all. Not just because I rarely play such decks, but it actually makes a bit of sense to me, even if I think it's not necessary.

    Hunter's Mark:

I don't care. It's still a good card (and still probably better than Repentance outside of Secret Keeper and the like). It does seem to be hurting the emerging Hunter Control decks they have been trying to support, but... I can understand the reasoning.

    Knife Juggler:

Expected stats decrease and still a very solid card overall.

    Leper Gnome:

    ... Why?

    Molten Giant:

Still potentially free, much more risky, much slower. Does this kill Hand-lock? Maybe, it hurts a lot... but I'd need to test it. Nerfing Handlock might help open up more "standard" Warlock Control decks (Reno will probably be everywhere, we might see more Maly-Lock as well) or other possible goodies by comparison. Hard to say how I feel about it overall though. The thing is, I already dislike shifts of 2 mana, and while this specific card has other properties involved it seems like a 5 mana shift is way too much.

It would have been much better, for example, to go with a 10-12 mana version, that cost 1 less for every 2 damage or something like that (I'm aware that the 12 mana version would be very similar to current, but there's a reason for the why).

    Master of Disguise:

Expected nerf to long-term Stealth to open up Design possibilities, I both understand and approve of this nerf... though it'd would have been nice to have gotten some minor compensation in a similar way to Force of Nature or Arcane Golem.

    Overall:

Most of the nerfs are decent. Some seem like they are going too far, which has always been a worry, but I'm glad it's not the case for all of them. And of course I don't think a lot of them are strictly necessary.

I think it could have been done a lot better, turn him into a black knight, staying a 4/2 is silly. Alternately give him a drawback like giving your opponent a random minion from their deck in play and keep his cost low.

I think I am of the general option that too far > not far enough, particularly with the new format and reforging options.

I have been playing vs. a lot of druid. Of course I am running a lot of OTK Worgen Combo so it has been fun to kill them with my combo before they can kill me with theirs. :D And my combo is not going away, even if it is somewhat slower.

Hadn't Face Hunter already been replaced by Face Shaman as the "best" Face deck anyway? (Also, Earth Shock wasn't hit on the Silence end of things either, so... teehee.)

Watching stream. Priest and rogue got some pretty solid cards, including some for C'thun.

13 free packs. 3 auto, 5 for winning (playing?) 5 games, and then 5 for winning/playing 7 more. Woo.

Doomcaller 8/9 give your c'thun +2/+2 and reshuffles him into your deck if he is dead. Don't remember the mana. At least 7. This seems excellent for fatigue/control C'Thun.

So yeah, no particularly impressed with the Priest, Paladin releases. Neutral on Warrior. Like what I saw of Hunter and Shaman, so those will probably be the classes I look at first. Of course this can all changed based on what I draw from my 50 packs.

    Hype levels :
    -Druid
    -Hunter
    -Shaman/Rogue/Warrior
    -Warlock/Mage
    -Paladin

    -Priest

Not exactly looking forward to the first week of either hyper aggro decks or durdly Cthun decks that boil down to does he have it or not on 10. New stufffffff.

edit : Oddly enough, if you switch Mage/Warlock and Shaman/Rogue/Warrior, that exactly the reverse order of what I currently prefer to play.

    I don't believe in coincidences.
