Help finding rune text errors

Thunderaxe from equip thunderaxe on minotaur thunderaxe has that ability name </ability> thing

 

in combat log, "relics were demolish" click on demolish, and it is actually erode, not demolish. They are sharing the same text line when they shouldn't. (identical runes ? )

 

Limited Firk Prophet doesn't display a picture in the rune manger.

 

When ally ends it comes up in combat log as effect.ally.end or something like that.

Saw it on a risen moga.

 

The top left corner of the screen in the KF map with the bridges has animated smoke in it. always thought this was a weird one
