It doesn't look like you can accurately aim for button like the X's to remove runes from a BG, or even go through multiples of a rune you have
Not sure about other phones, but when I press on a small button the phone zooms in on the location (hard to explain over text - I'll see if I can attach an image).
Tweek already said it. To manager/Checklist stuff on my phone I just hold the manager link on site and it opens the tab, manager, checklist, even the forge (only WAI on chrome though, Firefox is a little buggy)
