In a nutshell. Existence experiences every possible outcome of an event simultaneously. It is our perception that chooses the path.

So in my current existence I am sitting at my desk typing this message and in another I am sitting here eating a taco. Of course, this theory takes every possible variable of any situation, so the actual number of outcomes is unfathomable. People explain ghosts, alternative dimensions and deja vu with this theory.

It also branches out to even say that everything in the universe does not exist unless there is something there to perceive it. So if I turn my head and plug my ears, and there is nothing to witness what is behind me, then it ceases to exist.... until I turn my head back again of course.

Think of it as a video game: The entirety of the game is coded when you play it, but it only renders what you need to see, when you need to see it. If you are on level one, then level 2 is just code and numbers until you proceed to level 2... at which point, level 1 becomes data again.

It's a good long mind boggling read. Of course there is much more to it than this very simplified nutshell.
