Target champion gains Air Drop for 6 turns. This could work since Air Drop's CD is 4 and cost is 15 nora, making the total cost for two Air Drop activations at 30 nora, which is the cost of the rune. This would also allow it to keep a similar feel of 20 AP since Air Drop allows you to move up to 10 spaces away, which you could do twice in 6 turns. @Sokolov what do you think?
Sounds like a good base idea, I would like something more than just airdrop for 30 nora. Although this on turn 1 could make some people rage. Also does air drop actually work atm?

time slip is fine as is and used in many decks to make solo games fast (farming). just keep it banned from rank, fine by me.
