Invoke: Intercendence doesn't grant 2 stacks of Wind Shield.

1. Deploy Vashal Interceptor.
2. Deploy a couple of friendly champions around it.
3. Cast Invoke: Intercendence.
4. Attack affected champions.
5. They will be damaged and have effects applied to them.

Solution: perhaps apply stacks of actual Zephyr Shield instead of a new condition.

Update: Invoke Intercendence's wind shield works ONLY if invoke triggers through Interceptor's health going below 50%. Manual Casts of Wind Shield don't work.
