Drunken Stupor combined with Blacklabel Brew would grant 10 HP, 1 Dmg, Tough 3, Unstoppable, and Wandering every 3rd round. I think that's inline with Blacklabel Brew on Dwarf Brutes, since that's Tough 1, 14 HP, 1 Def, 1 Dmg, since Drunken Stupor would have a nora cost, where Dwarf and Brute don't.
Edit: I dun goofed you said BLB not Pale Brew This whole thing started because I wanted a guy with a bucket on his head and fighting with a broom just so I could give it the Sweep ability to be punny. Ended up with a concept that has a lot of synergy between abilities. Unstoppable (When drunk) + Berzerker Rapid Attack + Splintering
He literally described the damn thing to me as "I want a drunk guy with a bucket on his head, with a broom, so he can sweep people"
Assuming Drunken Stupor replaces the non-Dwarf Intoxicated penalty. Somewhat interesting, not sure about Rapid Attack and Splintering though, but I assume that's not the main point. Go Go Sweep.
Sweep the legs. Updated the OP to replace Rapid Attacks with Pummel because Rapid Attack was removed.
