Is Spirit/Angel Singer broken?

I said blink...has it been changed since the last 50 times I watched it win games? Nope, still a 55 nora spell that takes out most of the runes in the game and goes into a high % of BGs. Usually followed by a dwarf or a summoned mob or a relic is sitting there.

I understand several of u guys play IS/UD/FotM. I get it, it's bad if you let other people pay attention to runes that actually get played a lot and win games. How many top 200 KF decks play Angel singer? Is there a single top 100 BG with a tortun transport? If MW or Soul picks it up and suddenly becomes #1 in 3 days then we should probably look at it. If it was on a 30 nora spell that KF could spam it might be OP. A 40 nora spell...probably would see more play than spirit singer and Tortun favored combined and it would probably only be considered an average spell because of the average return on investment.
