Killing General Korsien in both forms permanently removes him from play.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Deploy Korsien.
2. Kill Horse Form.
3. Kill Korsien Form.
4. Korsien will go on CD in neither case, effectively removing him permanently from the game.

Backstory: @themacca informed me that he used to go on CD after 1st form's death but there were changes to him to prevent that, the result being that now the game never checks when/if he dies.

Solution: make the game check for his 1st death the way it does for Coragh.
