I used Flameburst with my Skeezick Torch to move a Varu Hawler, the varu does not have unstoppable or anything like that, the enemy was not knocked back and a weird error appeared in the combat log: "Error.insufficienttap" The attack was succesful, the combat log does not mention the use of the ability tho. Flameburst went into CD. The additional effect that applies "charred" to that and near enemies did not occur either.
