much of the drag I see from udyr is when he just farms forever and the enemy jungler just takes advantage by making ganks and pushes.
jungler i know is a huge trick fan has sworn never to play udyr, shaco, or any other "useless" junglers

KTC does OCE sometimes and i think desto and dova are OCE as well a few other poxers are for sure, but i dunno specifix
Ok. Being in Australia. Makes connecting anywhere else useless. Cause once you're used go 30ms ping. You can never go back.
that's why i never play on LAN for too long. i get 100 ping standard on NA and 45 on LAN pretty terrible, and it takes a few games to get back into the right mind for the other server
i don't like her so far, but i've only seen her used badly so i don't think that's anything to go off of
used her in four games now. Her passive is really good but you need to use it right and it can mess you up really easily so you really have to learn to control it. If any champ were to give m carpal tunnel, it would be her. Her ult is goofy. Can be good, but your oathsworn needs to not be an idiot
