It is not the best bg in the world but it is very fun most definitely not the worst. It also focuses on keeping units alive with bubble/escape magic/cleansing mist. The wisps run around with 63 hp, evasive 2, 1 with nora and lots of healing with magic acoylyte. If you would like to try it and dont have the runes I will lend you them, you come up with some ideas to make it better.

It's the first time I've ever wished for more units with Reckless Flight. I don't actually have all the runes necessary to create the BG, but I'm sure it would be fun.
This whole thing feels shady by calling it a "competition" lol. It's not a competition, it's a trade.
A token is a blegh offer. I explained I don't have all the runes to actually make the BG. This. And this. Well, what is it?
Since people think its shady ive closed the trade. It is a trade I just called it a competition because I wasn't going to take value into account at all. A bid with only commons would've totally been in with a shout if it was a functional BG. But obviously people aren't into it so no worries.
So, if I bid 30 random commons in place of a value bid, with the BG build simply on paper, that would be OK? Now that sounds like a competition without an expectation of return value. FWIW, I've been playing with a modified version of the deck I posted above. New client wouldn't let me play a Circus deck, not even half Circus, (BOOOOOO!!!). I decided to pare the factions down to KF/IS. Still could do with some optimization. A lot of fun against the AI, will have to try it in ranked for a laugh.
