Mutant Cactus
The mutant theme needs some help. Mutants have very little utility and not enough defense. This mutant gives them some of both. Plus, this mutant would just be fun, a Sokolov Cactus image carrying a Walking Dead Lucille from Negan, oh yeah!

Upgrade path 1: Dead Eater, Forage, that ability that makes you stealth when you get a Nora globe

Upgrade path 2: pilfer, shatter, snatch

Brain eater is a fun but underused ability that suits goblins. Also there is no source of pilfer in theme (sticky fingers has it on the same upgrade path as thievery) which is strange on a race of thieves.

Context
Mutated strigs with no wings wandering the highest mountains. Eating yetis and other big creatures for the living. Cavern like hermits preffering to live in solitude and only joining battles when the tundra is in danger, or his habitat is molested. Not very friendly to strangers, except those who treat them with profound respect and give them free food and traveling odds, in exchange for a few days to cover from the snow storms. Speak no common language but whispers only spirits could understand. They can talk to the wind to come in aid and cover the field with snow wherever they go. Only some unfortunate travelers meet them, and soon enough they are lost in endless snowstorms that last entire weeks.

Artwork
Arctic Garu like body with Owl head and feathers around. Pissed off face like above. Less armored and no weapon, more savage wear and maybe some ornaments made with bones of dead preys, mostly big beasts like yetis, caribous, young snowchargers and the like. It's hair it's plain white and it's feathers a little bit darker. No marked muscle but a haired belly with big long arms and heavy claws. Short but strong legs, a bit dirtier than the rest of the boddy.

Edit:
*Removed Enervating Touch (its a melee ability), for "Censure" to help AP denial Draksar bg with FW flavour
*Removed Siphoning Aura (its melee, i just added it because i like the sprite effect), added Life Siphon to have more flavour with FW.
*Fixed name, it was "Final Word" not "Last Word"
*Removed "Consume" for "Twisted Essence", it already has death toll base, it needing to keep killing champs is a bit too much so "Twisted Essence" seems a better option and also heals allys.
*Traded "Death Sentence" to base for "Fristvube Snare" so you cant pick both censure and sentence as special shots, also Frostvine goes with the "cold hug" in its lore, should be base.
*Added more damage and improved its min range, death toll should cover those costs and keep it viable.
*Fixed lore typo

Very sticky. What does Last Word do? I can't find it on poxbase.

 

He means final word

 

Hes a ranged unit, yet you put 3 close range abilities on him.
I dont get why he has Enervating Touch, Frostvine Snare, or Siphoning Aura.

I like it, frostvine snare seems a little on on a ranged chamion, however.

 

For the Serpentine Mass idea there is a ??? in upgrade path 2. Since the other upgrades are CA: Poison and Poison 1, what about the third option being Attack: Poison? Frostfall Hydra is an expensive champ with dual basic attacks and this champ could be similar, if upgraded with a second attack. Just a thought!

Lore: "Despite of wrong understanding of the arcane and their misdirected research they managed to get a force reaction out of thin air"
Art: A skeezick with googles(like machinist's) coming out from a fading cloud shaped like himself with a big shockwave (like if the illusion is blowing up), and elfs or dorfs being pushed in all directions.
