If a champion with bubble is attacked by electricity and a there is a champion ( same owner of attacked champion) with lightning rod, bubble doesn't lose charges and the Rodded champ is unharmed. More info : Attacked champ was Firk Paraform with Electricity shield rank 3, and rodded champ was a stealthed salaman hunter.
Confirmed. The problem is actually the Stealthed nature of the champion. This interaction occurs with a Rodded champion who is Stealthed even without bubble of protection: Lightning Rod prevents but does not apply damage if the equipped champion is stealthed
