logistics speed works with class but doesn't say so in its description?

and it seems to be the opposite for the other logistic skills.
they say they work with race and class but don't show anything about it in game.
( and to the best of my knowledge the same thing seems to be happening with call to arms. )
if i'm not wrong logistic speeds description should be saying it works with both race and class.
