Unfortunately, Ironfist guilds are overpowered and are banned. Can I interest you in a Forsaken Wastes guild?
Looks like theres active players in it, but the last update was in 2014... I would like to join an active protectorate guild if one exists. IS is my main faction, but I dabble with all protectorate factions a bit.
Nobody updates the guild stuff. Really the only purpose behind guilds is to have a little special tab (in-game). With that being said, EYE has a bunch of proctectorate players and we're pretty active.
