1. With one of my champions equipped with an opposing Entropic Clasp I cast Loot on another of my champions to move the equipment. The combat log says "invalid target" though the Entropic Clasp was still the closest opposing equip (owned by the opponent). 2. Loot does not target the Seed of Potential that is equipped by a Spikewood Abomination on deploy. The combat log says "invalid target".
2 - seed of potential is part of a group of relics/equips (along with vicious harpoon, dragongod's staff, holy blade of valdac, and a few others) that can only be equipped to their owners as a side effect of the relic coding (as far as I know). I haven't tested it thoroughly so there could be some exceptions to this rule (maybe pilfered armory or pilfer).
