Magnus the fallen

Adaptive did not work on him. I was using fs FW with stiched lib and Magnus, he recieve no benefits from Any spell I casted, the first being a bubble on him

 

Bubble is FS no ? Since hes a FW IS rune u have to actually cast fw or is spells in order to buff him
