Scramble got renamed to vigorous cry, maybe that's messing up with the equipment. Also, you sure you are equipping it into opposing champions?
yeah iv tried on theirs and mine, seems to have no effect either way. bummer since it seemed like a reallyu good kanen rune... iv recently decided to try out kanen on the cheap as a fun lets see what they do thing lol
are u in range of the equipment to trigger the effects of scramble? you have to be less than 2 spots away to get scamble
I just updated the Bug Report list in on the forums, but yes, this is still bugged and is on a list of known bugs.
