Not sure but I will test. I know he can be moved via Secret Meeting Spell. I am also going to test if he moves via Wander from Exiling him.
Alright testing is done. Avarice gives Maxxarek a key ability called Manic. -Manic will move your champion towards the nearest enemy and make an attack if possible -Can still be moved via Secret Meeting, Relocate: Demon, and Wandering if you choose to Exile it -Will suffer a debuff because he is not an Imp or Goblin In addition, Casting Exile on Maxxarek gives him a key ability called Wandering . -He will move two spaces towards your opponents shrine at the end if your opponent turn. -Despite the permanent Pacify conditon Maxxarek is able to use Set Ablaze as normal. -He can still use the Dark Summons ability. -Wandering doesn't allow you to use his Portal ability because it is considered as spending AP to move. -Cannot be target by friendly spells or abilities which means he can't be the target of Relocate: Demon -Can still use Secret Meeting to relocate while exiled -Can still be equipped by Avarice in order to move more often(not recommended since he can't attack anyways)
