The champion that I was caculating was Tomb Lord, he would cost ~77 nora with 0DMG but Surge 2, I know this would cut his upgrade path 2

 

I feel like boon is technically costed pretty low, but increases a rune's propensity to be manually over costed after the fact. But thats just my feeling
