I used to run Scold all the time. Then they brought out Whispers.

Its Hands down better - hidden for one, Stronger for two and it can break a full minutes worth of planning.

 

This is what I am using and it seems solid:

I see a lotta people using the marids tho, what is the attraction other than port 2 and flying? They seem squishy

 

Port 2 makes them good font grabbers, and jolt 3 + port 2 makes them great harassers.

They are 14 nora more expensive than a voltaic slag w/ a jolt 2 build and, if you have slags, they don't bring a whole lot more to the table for that cost.

 

Definitely not if you don't see value in teleport/flying.

 

It might be worth it now, more than in the past. A lot of SP's high speeds unit had their speed reduced (storm flyer, angel, etc.), leaving us with fewer font grabbers. Although the new firecase is pretty good with pseudo speed 7.
