Also, all games focus on mid game imo. Late game set ups play defensively, while early game set ups try and snowball the lead. Then there's mid game utility decks which are good at stopping both gameplans, but master at neither. That's my general take on it. The most important part of the game is usually the mid game.
Bile zombie outside of worms is one of the easiest cards to stop with proper play. The only context bile zombie should be any type of trouble is worms and even then you should be able to telegraph him coming in and spread your units to mitigate damage
If you lost to a chop deck because of bile zombie then my only advice would be to play better. Chop blocks are not op
