New Client Does not Give Rewards for Gaining New Ranks

On the old client, I was supposed to get 1000 shards as a reward when hitting Legendary rank.

However, I hit Legendary rank on the new client, and I didn't get any shards.

Was there a change in the rank rewards from the old client to the new client?

 

Same here. Got Legendary yesterday and didn't get the shards for it

 

Maybe they have missed the reward for ranking up totally? Have anyone noticed if you get the rewards for lower ranks? i have not seen any info that it's changed.

 

I just advanced in rank yesterday and did't receive a reward, so I think it's affecting all ranks.

 

Definitely is affecting all ranks. Just upgraded to Limited and once again no reward

 

Just came here to post this, Supposed to get 500 shards as a reward. None received.

You probably want to edit the title to make it clear the new client doesnt give rewards, thats a pretty big deal. Especially to the PSN players.

 

Yup, changed the title.

Just hit Limited and did not get any rewards for hitting this rank.

So now, I'm out my rewards for both hitting Legendary and Limited.

 

Any word for a fix to this problem? I'm about to upgrade to Battlemaster and would hate to miss out on those shards. @Sokolov

 

Ive noticed that my rewards switched from gold to packs when on the old client it was shards, its possible it might have restarted the ranked rewards to the beginning without an actual rank reset

 

I also didn't gain any rewards for reaching any ranks.
