I don't do it at all, specifically because I started to become aware that I'm experiencing the aforementioned.

I think this does reset your streak. You're definitely not allowed to jack it during sex.

 

What if I sleep fap? or get hypnotised to do it ? does that count?

 

I think nocturnal emissions would be fine as long as you don't watch anything to induce them(proxy subconscious fap). Pr0n is definitely banned and hypnofaps may be allowed only if you're 100% not in control of your actions but I think hypnosis is a sham so you'd be disqualified either way unless you're up against a powerful psychic.

 

still we are yet to address the real issue here.... there is a daily 15 mins window i have to fill. What can I possibly do in that time everyday for teh rest of 2018. Also what would it be like on 1/1/2019 do you think you handle releasing the energy uve been holding for 1 year?
