I'm confused as to how it works. Is it random how much nora you get off your opponet or is there some logic behind it that i'm not seeing.
You gain anywhere between 0-15 nora. That amount of nora depends on how much your opponent has in his nora pool when you activate the ability. So if he has 24 nora, you will gain 15 and he will lose that, if he has 7 then he loses 7 and you gain 7 and if he has 0 then he loses none and you gain none, etc.
Thats how i thought it worked but i have never gained 15 nora off it, i keep gettting like 6-7. or even 2 twice. I'm going to go playtest it some more
