[Not Sure if Bug] Augur of the Deep Leap rank low.

Augur of the Deep normally has a Leap 3 ability. This is currently Leap 2 on Live. I know DOG has/will do some specific balance changes, but for lack of any patch notes, I'll report any such changes as a bug for the time being*, with the [Not Sure if Bug] tag in the thread title.


*(After all, some changes may be an unintended side effect of the data transfer, etc.)

 

plz change augur back to leap 3 with no bounce except for bounce as an upgraded ability plz.

 

sadly this was part of the transition patch. no more leap 3 :\

he's still quite powerful though.
