Where's the "I'm sure the runes will be neat no matter on what they focus, just include more bug fixes" option?
This wasn't a butthurt thread or anything, just want to see what people expect on next exp, I'm sure bug fixes will come as they are everyday working on it
I really think the themes are going in awesome directions and I'm having a ton of fun with all of the ones I have runes for. Worms, Witches, Liches, Stitched, Voil... all of them have really cool mechanics and I'd like to see more building on that. I think the more focus there is on that, the more people will find cool interactions between runes and be able to do cool stuff outside of themes as well. I think that kind of strategy has worked well for other games. I just want more players so I can have some other people that aren't very good and don't have a ton of time on their hands to play PVP. It sucks when I finally get some free time and I only play games against DevilsRath and MarkXXIV who will beat me every single solitary time.
Why isnt there an option for a new faction? We would be able to split the factions into 3 groups instead of 2: pure evil: FW, KF, UD Op and up: SL, SP, IS Water in 3 stages: ST, FS, some steamy faction
Revamped DoW that uses the world map strategically, and rewards that guilds can earn. Bug fixes. Smarter A.I. Trading removed and an auction house set up. No new runes but further theme development through shoebox buffs.
UD probably fits the "steamy faction" as well. Plenty of hot, masochism, partially dressed chicks there...
I too think it's time for a new faction, the current ones are getting all too similar now would be the time to branch out and mix it up. Time for humans to once again rise up.
If you think things are tending towards homogeneity, wouldn't the answer be consolidation to emphasize core ideas, rather than dispersion to latch onto thin mechanical ideas? That would instead mire factions new and old in narrower design space, rather than providing access to unique faction elements.
An expansion that is just: leoss, kannen, torts, & stitched. It has been a while. Would be cool to see the spilt factions races become numerous in other spilts outside of thier home factions as well.
Yeah more split faction nonsense would be great for the game considering were still trying to figure out how to balance the split factions runes that we have now.
Please, focus on fixing ALL the bugs of the new Launcher and forget about the new runes.... The new launcher experience is really and sadly poor... The 0 attack damage default when you click a champion ready to be deployed, the "a" hotkey removed, the hover colour for attacking.... the are a lot of things, A LOT of small things that worked WAY WAY better witht the "old launcher" The chat is just embarrasing... how badly works, its really a step behind... You can no longer see which factions is the people in-game playing.... Way harder to comunicate with other players... I really wish you remove the "new" launcher and set the old launcher, it was way easier to know what was happening, what was being selected and where was your champion going to attack or move....
