Yes! I suggest using the hatcheries they have on the forums. It guarantees dragons and helps out a lot.

If you get as many clicks as I do they should hatch in four to five days. If the eggs get within 2 days of dying without cracking almost open you should start visiting a hatchery, I suppose.

 

I exclusively use hatcheries, and I see them fully develop around 6000 views.

I don't know if you can trade dragons/hatchlings but I have a Nocturne Dragon I don't need!

 

Boozha how do you get your dragons centered?

I suggest using 2 hatchery sites, if you need help working those sites I can help you. 2 max so they don't get sick. Usually they should hatch in 2-3 days. Hatchlings grow in 3-5 days. Depending on how and variables and etc etc

 

I think I'm good on hatchery, my babies seem to have accumulated a good amount of clicks since they aren't even a full day old (http://dragcave.net/user/Rokkushun)
I'm using a offsite clicker where you click links for other games like these and you get credits, then you can put up links and everytime someone clicks one you lose a credit, with the plugins I use though I get around 1 thousand credits in 5-10 minutes.
