So a friend of mine wanted to play poxnora again and his password was 16 letters/numbers and the password can now only be 15 maximum? So now he cant reset his password. Help pls? P.S. Sorry if this is the wrong thread.
Your "friend" should be able to reset their password by using the password reset and the email address attached to the account https://www.poxnora.com/security/resend.do You also should make sure your "friend" has migrated their account from SOE https://poxnora.station.sony.com/ If they never went through the process to migrate to SOE then they will have to create a support ticket so we can retrieve the account. To create a support ticket go to poxnora.com and click on the blue tab on the left side of the screen that says Feedback & Support
