TOO MUCH TO DIGEST!

 

There were some double in there. For example, Murkwater frenzy is listed once as stating the champion is amphibious AND a carnivore, and then listed again ONLY stating the champion is amphibious.

 

It's fraught with typos, duplicates, inconsistencies, unfinished notes ["New/Old" text identical], etc. Was hoping someone with more time than me would compile the mistakes.

 

The wording on Bloodbind (dzvoodoo) and Ravish (repurpose) make it seem like the actual spells are going to be buggy unless they're among the few that go touched.. even though they weren't on the list. They're worded as if purely an on champ ability.

 

My guess would be the spells are left unchanged while the abilities are changed as per the post.

 

That's what I'm guessing too. Bad thing is the buff from repurpose doesn't list nearest friendly champ or within x range, it just says 'this champ'. Unless they spell keeps the old wording and effect, it'll be useless until changed in the spell overhaul in... whenever it comes along.
