Hey Guys, I am trying to use my PayPal (credit) account to buy megabox and it returns that there was an error please contact our tech support. Never had a problem with this before. I completely log in to paypal, select the account I want then it comes back to your site where I hit the "submit" button and it fails. Any ideas? Edit: I was trying to buy the $50.00 increment. Bond
Hmm, in most cases when this happen it has to do with PayPal's fulfillment. Give it a day or two and see if you still run into this issue, and if you do please contact our customer support. At: [email protected] and make sure you use the email account that is associated with the account for which you are trying to make the purchase.
