Barbarian Bolt: Only non Bastion Storm clan warchief but warchief is in the line with wind aura which grounds and storm clan needs grounded unit or flying. Hes the only one able to ground in the whole theme.
Yes. Its a range unit that is able to pop off a melee attack( 3 of them) when engaged. It either never misses, gains damage for not attacking, or AP for not attacking making it one of the fastest race units.
