Emerald lake is TOTALLY FS territory, not IS. Also, in for FS.

 

firstly awesome effort to put this together. HOWEVER you have many zones mislabeled for who controls which zone... based on lore and knowing what those zones really are.

edit: oh and secondly.... put me in IS and give us our capital back from ST4
