I've seen many mispronunciations/misspelling of Extispicer(which I'm not sure is even technically a word) so I feel like saying where the name most likely comes from. Extispicy is a form of divination that is done by the studying of entrails. So, while I'm not sure of our jellebrium friends back story, I'm sure it's rather unpleasant.
