Back on topic....

I have some ideas on who the mafia members are, but these ideas are based on vague early posts so I would say that they are hardly incriminating.

As far as the first death goes, that's hard to say. My guess is it will NOT be emries, because he already has some attention on him and has been labeled as a "dangerous Player", whether he is or isn't maf. Or he could just be mafia, in which case he also wouldn't die.
