Seems to be a bug, i cant make it in PC client either. i cant forge ANY legendary in the PC client, tried spells, champions rare,exotics works or atleast have the shard cost and the forge button but Legendary acts like Limited made a bug report with some huge pics .-)
The rune manager filters are super weird. Legendary and limited filters are actually REVERSED! Legendary is limited and limited is legendary. Also make sure you have *forgable checked.
