Swap (the ability) does not trigger Quest: Support ally, even though it targets a friendly champion.

 

it does not target a friendly champ in the description:

Target opposing champion swaps location with the nearest valid friendly champion within 8 spaces of the same size. This is a relocation effect when moving the opposing champion.

 

Should probably have mentioned that I meant the ability, not the spell. Oh well, my bad!
