I put Taint on a Goblin Brute. He has +2 DMG from Underdepths' split faction bonus, and another +2 from Draconic Force (I think—forgot Taint added that). He did not get Fury from being within two spaces of another Draksar. Just prior, I had Vinetouch Pestal with an Archer Commander. After moving out of Commander reach and back in, only then, she buffed other Plants. (No screenshot, because reasons.) Moving out of and back into range with the Draksar Augmenter did not grant Fury. I would assume Identity Crisis would not solve this either.
