all you gotta do is a run a chronomancer and run like 1 or 2 razor ices in your bg. and keep reapplying the next application of razor ice during the last two turns before it expires. if you do this after razor ice buff expires you'll keep the rend. i speculate that their might be other limited duration buff spells that also have this bug going on with them.
