Remove the turn dialogue from global chat when you are observing a game

its very annoying and is self explanatory as to who's turn it is, you dont need it in global.

it makes chat conversations in global harder to read / follow. it makes chat look awful and more like the combat log.

currently you get the white text (opponents turn) and yellow text (saying its x players turn) notifying you of whose turn it is.
