Reset Password doesn't work

Solution: Put a single number as password, enter your account and change your password viaweb. Easy

Hello again OWLs...

I'm trying to reset my account password. I click on the email link, it redirects me to poxnora site where I got to enter my new password, but ANY combinations seems to work.

I've tried:
- only letter
- only numbers
- combined
- +10 characters
- -10 charaters

It allways delivers:
Error Messages:

• The password you specified is not validly formatted

 

Which website does it redirect you to?

Im also having this problem how did you manage to solve it? did you just keep trying?

 

I am having the problem also. How that guy solved it ??? And what the formatting should be like ?

 

I put "1" as password, and changed it viaweb the minute later
