Bone Circle Archmage used it on my Tundra Beast (swarmed) and it healed the Archmage twice. Combat log showed 2 procs of healing 8 hp.
It heals the unit closest to the summon and also the ritualist. Never seen it double heal the ritualist but it could be that he was the closest unit to the summon and that's why it double healed itself.
