Why does Shockwave no longer begin play on cool down? Combined with strip armour it does like 28 damage to two champs located near to each other. Its maddening echoes on crack.
SoC should be in every FF SP bg, imho. Post-revamp, there are fewer abilities per champ, meaning that a greater percentage of each champion's strength/utility is locked into his upgrades. SoC largely neutralizes those champs, forcing a more expensive cleanse or turning a large nora sink into mobile relic. Geomancer is a great example, but so are champions who rely on upgrade-based defenses.
